6 AXIS SIMULTANEOUS CNC CONTROLLER

PULSER3-RTEX is a domestic CNC controller designed for use in CNC machine applications. It uses the high-performance RTEX (Realtime Express) real-time network protocol developed by Panasonic and supports 6-axis simultaneous motion control.

Thanks to its powerful processor and hardware, it provides fast and uninterrupted processing power. Additionally, it is designed to increase user productivity with its user-friendly interface and easy programming features.

It can be used in many different industrial applications. For example, it is ideal for CNC machining centers, robotic systems, laser cutting, plasma cutting machines, and other industrial machines.

PULSER3-RTEX has been developed as part of a project aimed at increasing domestic production capabilities in Turkey's industrial automation field. Therefore, it is designed to meet the needs of customers looking for domestic CNC controllers.

  • RTEX (Realtime Express) is a high-speed synchronous motion network developed by Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd. It provides both a very high speed of 100 Mbps (ten times faster than the previous model) and a low system cost by using LAN cables.
  • RTEX is a network concept designed to achieve high-precision real-time performance for servo control. It has advantages such as high performance, low cost, simplicity, high reliability, and easy installation.
  • RTEX has an efficient communication structure and corrects errors as it passes through each cycle. In addition, with isochronous transmission, commands are sent to all servos at the same time, ensuring complete synchronization.
  • RTEX supports different types of motion such as linear position, circular position/velocity/torque. It can connect a maximum of 6 axes and select communication periods ranging from 0.0625 ms to 2 ms.
